Program Specialist
Asia Allen is EWA’s program specialist, and assists in research, event planning, and news outreach.
She is a recent graduate of Millsaps College with a degree in Business Administration. Asia’s passion for journalism stems from her college internship with the Mississippi Center for Investigative Reporting, where she created interactive content and covered her school’s financial responses to the COVID-19 pandemic. She also participated in the Hardin Foundation’s Internship Program, where she was stationed in the Community Development and the Art Council offices of Meridian, Mississippi.
