Part-Time Education Policy / Education Business Writer Needed – Flexible Hours

Seeking a part-time writer to develop content for an education consultancy. All work can be done remotely and based on the writer’s preferred schedule.  The writing will consist of 500–800-word pieces (e.g., blog posts, op-eds) on education entrepreneurship/education policy topics, as well as a few longer white papers on similar topics.

Examples of the types of posts we will write:

  • What does curriculum reform mean for publishers and education entrepreneurs?
  • How does education entrepreneurship shape education policy?

  • The writer must have some knowledge of education policy
  • The writer must have access to a computer and reliable internet connection
  • The writer must respond to email requests in a timely manner
  • The writer must have a collaborative spirit and be responsive to feedback

  • The writer has some knowledge of education markets and entrepreneurship
  • The writer has some experience writing business-related blog posts and op-eds

This is a suitable role for anyone looking for flexible work in education markets/policy and wants to earn extra money.

Compensation is negotiable based on experience/quality.  Our preference is to structure this as an ongoing arrangement and to pay per article – with the fee/rate determined by the length of the assignment.
