The franchise embeds cameras in K-12 classrooms and gives viewers a front row seat at how teachers are presenting curriculum and looks at what is working and what’s not.
Wayne has more than 30 years of experience as a broadcast journalist. He has worked as an investigative reporter, special projects manager, anchor, reporter, and producer at NBC, CBS, and ABC affiliated television stations across America. Wayne is active in charitable organizations fighting breast cancer, and Alzheimer’s disease.
His family founded a chapter of the “Little Helpers” organization which encourages children to give back to their local community by raising money, holding food drives, and making blankets for those in need.
Wayne loves to travel, has a strong interest in commercial aviation and cruise ships. The New Orleans native will talk your ear off about Gumbo, but won’t share his family’s secret recipe. He previously served on the EWA Journalist Advisory Board.
