Kamali Burke
Kamali Burke is a senior vice president at Fenton, specializing in media relations, branding, project management and strategic marketing communications.
She works across the diversity, equity and inclusion and racial justice practice and has had extensive experience working on education and youth development projects. She has supported clients at Fenton including the Annie E. Casey Foundation, Breakthrough Collaborative, Citizens’ Committee for Children of New York, Communities In Schools, Facing History and Ourselves, Kidango, NAF, the National Association of College Admissions Counselors, the National League of Cities, Partnership to Advance Youth Apprentice (PAYA), and Teachers Pay Teachers.
Kamali started her communications career in Miami in 2011 after serving as a high school English and Reading teacher with Teach for America. In 2019, Kamali served as the most senior communications professional for the Miami-Dade County’s Parks, Recreation and Open Spaces department. In this role, Kamali oversaw all internal and external communications as well as marketing and advertising for the third largest and most diverse park system in the country.
