EWA encourages attendees to get tested for COVID-19 before coming to the conference. Attendees should stay home if they have tested positive for COVID-19, have COVID-19 symptoms, or have had close contact with a person who has tested positive for or who has symptoms of COVID-19. EWA encourages all attendees and others traveling to Orlando for the conference to follow CDC guidelines during their trip.

EWA will follow CDC guidance on vaccination and masking. Masking may be required during the conference. Due to room size and current guidelines, EWA will not be able to provide space for social distancing during sessions, meals, or receptions.

EWA will monitor changes to CDC’s guidelines on COVID-19 and will provide updates to this page and to all registered attendees of the conference as appropriate. EWA reserves the right to modify or change any guidelines at any time for any reason.
