The 2026 EWA National Seminar will be held at Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor in Baltimore, Maryland.
When a reservation is made, a deposit in the amount of one night’s room and tax is required. Each attendee must provide a credit card to confirm their reservation. The deposit is refundable up to 3 days in advance of arrival.

Sessions
Unless noted in the agenda, all National Seminar sessions will be held at Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor in Baltimore, Maryland.
Registration will open on June 2, 2026, at 5 p.m. Regular sessions are tentatively scheduled June 3-4, 2026, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and on June 5, 2026, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. All times are in Eastern Daylight Time.
Travel to Baltimore
Airport: Baltimore is primarily served by the Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI). EWA will not provide dedicated shuttle transportation between the airport and hotel. See the FAQs for more information on public mass transit.
Train: The Amtrak code for Baltimore Penn Station is BAL.The seminar hotel is adjacent to Camden Station / Camden Yards, which is served by MARC commuter rail and Light RailLink.
Bus: Feel free to explore bus companies, such as Megabus, Greyhound, and others for journeys between your city and Baltimore.
