About the Journalist Advisory Board
The Education Writers Association’s Journalist Advisory Board is a group of accomplished journalists who help EWA carry out its mission to strengthen the community of education writers and improve the quality of education coverage to better inform the public.
Formed in September 2012, the panel provides input and feedback on a range of membership and programming questions. Such topics include efforts to improve member engagement, EWA’s events, the National Awards for Education Reporting, and online resources aimed at bolstering education journalists’ skills and knowledge.
